Launching Our Website
Launching our website marked an important step in expanding our business beyond in-person sales. It helped us reach a wider audience both within and outside the school, making our brand more accessible. As a team, we brainstormed ideas for the structure and content of our website to make it clear and easy for users.

Creating an Order Form
Developing our own order form (on Microsoft Forms) helped us manage purchases more efficiently and stay organised. It also allowed us to promote our business to both students and teachers throughout the school. This improved how we communicated with customers and made the overall ordering process feel more structured and professional.

We were proud to receive the Best Customer Service Award at our trade fair on 11th March. Throughout the event, our team focused on being approachable, engaging with customers, and creating a positive experience rather than just making sales. This meant a lot to us as it reflected the way we wanted to represent our brand.

We achieved 1st place in the Trading Station Spring Trade Fair, which was a major milestone for our team.
